The Undersigned hereby acknowledges that CORDOVA OUTBOARD, INC., its employees, agents, or assigns are not responsible for the loss, damage, or destruction to any property left in the care and custody of said corporation for storage and/or repair.

 

This specifically includes, but is not limited to loss, damage or destruction of the Undersigned’s property by:

 

1. Fire and Lightning,
2. Windstorm and Hail,
3. Riot or Civil Commotion,
4. Explosion,
5. Aircraft or Vehicle Collision,
6. Smoke,
7. Theft,
8. Falling Objects,
9. Weight of Ice, Snow, or Sleet,
10. Accidental Discharge or Overflow of Water or Steam,
11. Freezing,
12. Sudden and Accidental Damage from Artificially Generated Electrical Current,
13. Chemical Warfare.
